When you are evaluating pc-cillin, is it correct that no new virus definitions are updated for the entire 30 days? Also, when using Norton support, is their charge cancelled or refunded if you have a legitimate problem where their help is needed? Thankyou

That is correct, with PC-cillin you can trial it but they do not update the definitions. That does not make any since to me.
