Eset firewall blocks all internet traffic

I've installed the trial of Eset security suite 3.0 on Vista 32bit.. however, as soon as I turn on the firewall, all internet traffic is blocked. No matter which mode it is in.. interactive, policy based or automatic. My LAN works, but no internet. I can't seem to turn it on from anywhere. I had to ultimately turn off ESET firewall, and still use Vista's firewall. Any suggestions?

Does disabling protocol content filtering (no http/pop3 traffic would be redirected through ekrn) make a difference? If so, then I guess there is another firewall that is blocking ekrn.
