I'm running Windows 2000 on the particular system I am using Ghostwall on, so I'm wondering what rules do I need to define? I've read about adding the port 0-1 block, but any others or can I run fine with just the default rules out of the box?

The default rules are fine.

BTW if you run any games or p2p, youll need to add rules for them.
