Well i just noticed how slow my internet really is because my laptop upstairs with 1 bar is super fast!

I have used many of those speed up your internet applications which over the years obviously make things worse.

So how do i restore the default network settings when i first installed xp, those were fast.

And i also have high ping in games. And i currently have no firewall so that is not the problem. Avira can no longer update either which i am sure is caused by this slow connectivity.
