HELP STRANGE VIRUS

HELP PLZ!!!
ME GETTING A VERY STRAGE VIRUS ON MY PC WHICH MAKES MY HARDDISKS ON AUTORUN AND I CANT OPEN THEN ON DOUBLE CLICK.

ANOTHER VIRUS IS THAT MY MSN SENDS PICTURES TO EVERYONE AUTOMATICALLY!!!

PLZ HELP!!

Start it , leave it make a log . Press File -> Save log and save a log somewhere on your PC. Write email to ESET Technical Support (support@eset.com) , include a link to this forum thread and make sure you attach the log file of ESET SysInspector
