Eset uninstall problems

ok I'm trying to uninstall Eset nod32, so I hope I'm in the right place. I try to uninstall and i get the following message:
"Another application has exclusive access to the file C;\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\ESET\ESET NOD32 Antivirus\Logs\virlog.dat.


please shutdown all other applications then click retry.

And i'm lost. I can't seem to find any other app running it' Please help. Yes i'm a noob

Hello Ogimaa,

Did you uninstall NOD using the uninstaller on the start menu? If so, restart your computer after uninstalling and then try to remove that folder.
