I'm using Eset NOD32 antivirus ver 3.0
i already scanned my entire pc, however i still infected some malware or spyware.

I include the picture. it like a pop up message to ask the user to click on some antivirus or spyware removal.
sometimes it pop up as porn removal.
is there anyone have some idea what kind of spyware i infected?
