OA is blocking my program without a message

Fineplus is a fixed QQ(a popular chat tool in china) program.I know Fineplus only removes ads which a normal QQ has.
With OA on,I can only run QQ but not fineplus at all,although the first time when I ran the program I allowed all the pop-ups OA had prompted.It successfully ran once.From then on,when I double click fineplus,nothing happens.OA blocks it even without a log in history.
It's the first FW I use that blocks without a message in log.

Hi bonedriven,

Are they trusted in OA ? If not try this or you can switch to learning mode, launch this apps, close it and then switch back to normal mode and retry Fineplus
