In Av-test.org’s last test, nod32 scored 96.3% in Adware/spyware detection (and NOD32's help documentation says that it can detect Adware/spyware.

But according to Cnet.com’s review on Nod32, Cnet’s Robert Vamosi says that Nod32 doesn’t have antispyware protection (According to him, antispyware protection is included only in Eset smart security)

Who is correct... ??

Hi

Detection is the same, because NOD and ESS use common Virus signature database. ESS has got Personal firewall and Antispam except other common modules.

Only Eicar has been accepted as a tool for testing the functioanlity of antivirus programs. Spycar seems to be rather intended for behaviour blockers, not for testing AV programs as such.
