It was maybe 6 months ago. Could be a bit more.
I was reading a thread about safe system cleaners or editors or tweakers. Free.
Someone mentioned a little one that had a plain gui and was easy to use.
I lost it when I needed to do a clean re-install due to other problems.
I remember it because one of the options was to reset the tcp stack or something.
The end result was a definite improvement in internet surfing.
It was NOT Dr TCP or Speedguides one.
I've been searching here for the past hour and can't find it.
Anybody remember it?
Thanks.
