Good morning, i have a little problem. i configured Acronis TI on some notebooks, and i scheduled some daily backups. When the storage area is not reachabole because the storage server is down or the notebook is not in lan, i receive the mail notification with error:

Error 02/05/2008 10.23.13 User name or password for the remote resource #### is incorrect. Please check user name and password and type it again.

and my technicians don't know which type of error it is.

how can i solve this problem?

Please check e-mail notification settings. If you use Acronis True Image 11.0 Home (http://www.acronis.com/homecomputing/products/trueimage/) please go to Tools -> Options -> Notifications -> e-mail and click Additional e-mail parameters (if you use Acronis True Image 10.0 Home (http://www.acronis.com/homecomputing/products/trueimage/) Additional e-mail parameters button does not present). If you uncheck "Send notification upon operation's failure" you'll not get mentioned notification. You can choose not to receive notification messages at all if you do not specify any e-mail account settings in the previous screen.
