I have been wrestling with this for a month or more. Certain email recipients of mine are being blocked as spam by some ISP's. Is it possible that my system is sending out messages behind NOD32? Should I have other software that can detect this? I am trying to contact ISP's to get my IP unblocked but not having much luck. Any help or advice is appreciated.

If they are blocking you as spam it has nothing to do with Eset. It is something on their end. And no it isnt sending anything out.
