DD support for Intel P35 and later chipsets?

When will Disk Director support Intel P35 and later chipsets? The created bootable linux CD media does not recognize the my Intel P35 chipset and found no harddisk. I have not been able to use this CD since July 2007 last year after I have upgraded to the P35 motherboard.

I can only use the Paragon Hard Disk Manager 2008 CD to manage my HD from outside of Windows. I hope Acronis can catch up on this.

Does the Safe Mode version of DD work on the P35 board?

I mainly use DD with BartPE and VistaPE so I can add any necessary drivers.
