[FONT="Verdana"]I bought a 3-year NOD32 antivirus license from a software retailer shop in Singapore which expires in 2010. How can I go about to upgrade to Smart Security?

You need to contact an authorised ESET partner/representative so that they transfer your license to ESS .

I just emailed back to the support email address that came with username and password. May I know if I need to pay to upgrade? if so, pay to who and how?

Well , the representative will let you know . Generally one pays an extra free and upgrades to ESS + they get an extra to their license of ESS . This is special promo for existing EAV users .
However , your license is for 3 years , which is long period . They will tell you what exactly should be done .
Here is the web-site of the official ESET reprentative in Singapore:

Sad man!.....the reply from Version 2 Singapore:
Hello,
Currently we do not have any upgrade promotion for Eset Smart Security.
However, you can check out Eset Smart Security from the following outlet:
Tecdrome @ Sim Lim Square #05-78/79
The Software Boutique @ Funan DigitalLife Mall #05-42
Please feel free to contact us if you need further assistance.
Thank you very much!
