Hello, after reading the numerous recommendations for EQSecure, I downloaded v4.0 Beta2 2008.3.28, extracted it, and after copying the En language .zip as instructed, tried starting the program, but faced a BSOD regarding a driver loading into kernel etc. The BSOD repeated itself on each reboot of the computer, as EQS obviously loads itself as an autostart process. After deleting the entire EQS folder, I downloaded v 3.41 (the latest stable release) instead, and installed it through the installer. This time, I got a message box with unrecognizable characters (the rectangular box characters) and an OK button (see attachment). On clicking OK, the process terminated itself (observed through SysInternals Process Explorer). I tried restarting the computer, reinstalling EQS, everything, but nothing would work. Can someone help me out? I really want to try this highly recommended app.

I don't think it's THAT highly recommended, except for one guy spewing hyperbole all the time wihout really saying much.

Not that it is bad or anything of course...

Well actually a LOT of people around here use EQS, even if they don't hyperbole it to infinity :P
And it definitely seems to have mass support here, with expert advice and rulesets ;D
