What programs should I install

I don't know the best setup to install. Should I just install SpywareBlaster or more programs. Thanks ???

I am not sure if you are limiting your question to Spyware/Adware stuff or security in general.

With regard to Spyware/Adware...

SpywareBlaster is definitely a must-have!
