I'm using ESS, but I am not satisfied. Port adding problems and bad support.
Can you recommend a good integrated security suite other than ESS?
Don't keep the price or the 'free' factor in mind :)

Although these threads aren't allowed (as per the policy (http://www.wilderssecurity.com/showthread.php?t=180128)), I recommend you trial security suites and see which one works best for you.

If you want the best, get Aviras.

I have licenses for most security suites. My comments here are only in the context of what works well on my computer. ESS is ok, but I have found Avira Premium Security Suite to run extremely light on my machine. Take a trial subscription on a bunch of them, and see what works best for you. :D

I was just reading some reviews, and at PCmag, they say the best 2 are
Norton Internet Security
Zonealarm Security Suite
Any comments about these and more on Avira

If PC Magazine did not take ad dollars from Symantec and Checkpoint, I might think more of their reviews. But since there exists a real or potential conflict of interest, I would suggest you take their recommendations very lightly and do your own analysis.

However, I would recommend Norton's new version if you don't mind it being a bit heavier than a few other anti-viruses. :thumb:
