I'm using the most recent versions of TI and DD.
I recently got a Microsoft Wireless laser 6000 Keyboard and Mouse. And it's been more than a minor pain getting them to work in TI, and even more in DD.
I've talked to everyone I could find, with no easy answer, except that since Acronis works a lot in what is actually a linux environment when you boot from the recovery cd, it's a bit tough getting the drivers and all to work.
Know what? I just downloaded Hardy Heron (Ubuntu v8.04 beta), and it immediately saw not only my mouse and keyboard, but my printer. With no involvement from me at all.
Now I really like Acronis products.
I just wish they'd walk down the hall and see if the Ubuntu people can help them resolve the hardware problems.
It would be a big step forward.
