If that doesn't work, contact support, have your E-reciept, don't delete it in case

The download links on Eset site for NOD 32 and ESS are very close together and easy to confuse. You most likely clicked the NO32 link in error. Happened to me once on their updates. I went back, downloaded the right software and installed it with the key I had, no problem. Deleted NOD 32.

the code you get can be used in Eset Smart Security & NOD32 Antivirus 3.0
so you payd for smart security but if you the firewall is buggy you can allways revert to Antivirus only :thumb:
