Add Clients manually

Is it possible to add clients manually (Client that already have Smart Security installed). Or do I need to make a remote installation?

Hi, if I'm understanding you correctly, here's how to add clients manually:

-Press F5 to open the Advanced Setup window
-Navigate to 'Miscellaneous' -> 'Remote administration'
-Select the 'Connect to Remote Administrator server' option
-Enter the IP address of the ERA Server.

Also, you may need to put the firewall in 'Interactive' mode so that the connection to the ERA server is not blocked:

-From the Advanced Setup window, click 'Personal firewall' and choose
'Interactive mode' from the drop-down menu.
