G-Data Glitch?

Well, I just Installed The G-data Trail, And After about 30 minutes i noticed that it had some static wile streaming radio online, also in some games,

Is this Static a glitch Or The Webscanner takeing too long to Scan the Sound files?

Any help would be nice thank you.
