I noticed that there are a few posts with the text run thru with a line (teacher style). This is all I get: _____------Aaaaaahh

I looked in th FAQ and can't find any details on how to do this.

AH, I got it!! --> > ]zzzzzzzz[ (I had it but editing it kept it from working), I wonder why it says "Wrap tags around text" of the lined thru S ([S]S)??

EDIT: I think this is a good feature for rhetorical purposes (saying it without "saying" it).

You can try it like this click on the s with a line through it and type your text in between these > ] [ <

YEP YOU GOT IT
If it worked the way you were doing it then by all means do it that way.

I wonder what went wrong with my post which showed the procedure working fine yesterday?? (Editing a post seems to cause trouble when dealing with special features).

I just wanted to say thanks

This is the link to the forum coding.
Check "strike out" If coding correct, editing should have no effect

I have received email with some words striked out. How do you do this? Is there a word processor option?

Hi Dave,

What do you mean?
The HTML tag would be <strike></strike>.

Some E-mail clients support the feature through the "font options" panel.
Thunderbird, for example, also allows the user to add his own HTML tags.
