Last week I tried to access my account to make further purchases and was unable to do so. kept saying invalid email address, which was rubbish. So I set up a new one, using the same email and a different password. On three separate days I purchased an upgrade to TI11, a full version of TI11, and a copy of Disc Director. Each time I entered the new account details and they were recognised, and the payment processed. But now I cant log in, the details are not recognised again, but I can now access my original account.
Help please Acronis, or I will not be able to update these programs, and I am not a happy bunny right now.
