Is there a tool like this for a network card MAC address?
That is, a tool that changes it every so oftern and does
an ipconfig /renew??

There is only one known Developer, and one known software, that works. "Smac" find the free download at www.klcconsulting.net. I believe this may help you. You still need to disable "Netbios over Tcp/ip,
and the netbios helper service in "Services " XPPRO.
To disable Netbios go to .\> Network Connections, you should see your adapters there.> right click on the adapter in Question, > Properties,> Wins> uncheck "LMhosts Lookup," and ckeck "Disable netbios over tcpip". This will prevent your local id from being broadcast as a computer "Name".
Your IP address is still available, however, unless you use a Proxy server. More detail later. Best use on the Macid changer. Pay close attention to the instructions given.
