Configuration problem

I down loaded and installed Spyblaster but when I try to run the program it gives me a run time error '1339': COMPONENT MSCOMCTL.OCX OR ONE OF ITS DEPENDANCIES NOT CORRECTLY REGISTERED. FILE MISSING OR INVALID.
What does this mean and how do I correct it?
