smart security vs antivirus

i bought the antivirus version when the smart security wasnt available, now whats the difference and can i upgrade to the smart security version? do i have to pay an upgrade price tag or a normal retail price tag? and since smart security has the antivirus included i loose the value of the rest of the year?

Yes , you can.

Depending on where you are but in most countries I know (if not in all) there is a special promo if you want to upgrade to ESS (this is for current NOD32 license holders)
