Some times AMON display a message that said that the file can't deleted however AMON delete the file, it occur when you try to open a infected file and AMON block this.
Anyway you can scan with NOD Scanner and desinfect/delete any infiltration.

Make sure Nod is up-to-date, then run a scan with Nod using the "Clean" selection, when it detects Mydoom, see where the file is, it will probably be in your "Inbox" in Outlook Express (provided you are using Outlook Express). When the scan has finished delete the infected file from your Inbox.

You can also download a free cleaner from http://www.nod32.com.au/nod32/home/home.htm

Hope this helps...

Cheers ;D

Sometimes AMON may not be able to delete infected files. This happens if a virus is detected in a temporary file (e.g. when you open an email with a virus, its copy is created in a temp. folder). This invokes the AMON alert window. However, if you close the message in the meantime, the file is deleted and AMON will report an error deleting the file.
