NOD32 - Email - Infected Items

Hi I have had this for several months but never really payed much attention to it but recently I have noticed that emails come in, they are flagged and suddenly dissapear, I looked into email settings within nod32, it despatches suspected emails to the above folder, the problem I have is I cannot locate this folder, I know 1 email definately wasnt infected as it was a reciept.

Can anyone help me locate this folder (infected items)

I am running version 2.7 on vista.
