acronis 11 - broken

ok, i still cant get acronis to work on my machine and i would like to restore to my image on the secure zone.

whether i use F11 or do it manually from the program itself, here is what happens:

f11:

starting acronis loader........

acronis screen stating 'acronis 11 home' and 'continue booting'

click acronis 11 home,

black blank screen

manual:

starting acronis loader........

black blank screen

nothing happens, how can i fix this?

ive tried formatting etc, still does the same.

is acronis 11 just a broken product?
