Problem with uninstalling arcavir on vista

My friend has a problem with uninstalling arcavir on vista... how to force it?
He told he think some virus is blocking access to unistaller. What he can do?

i would then suggest running the installation of Arcavir and if you see a 'repair' feature during that, use it.

if not, re-install it and try to un-install once more.

If that fails you can always try windows installer cleanup (http://download.microsoft.com/download/e/9/d/e9d80355-7ab4-45b8-80e8-983a48d5e1bd/msicuu2.exe).Install it and run it see for any reference to Arcavir or the developer of Arcavir,publisher if present select that entry and press on remove confirm the warning.
