Unable to uninstall or upgrade NOd32

Hi

I am having a bit of problem.It's been really a pain uninstalling NOD 32 antivirus or upgrading it

I just had NOd32 v3.630 and wanted to upgrade it and I also try uninstall the previous version but when uninstall or upgrading the software I get an error that says

A network error occured while attempting to read from C:\Windows\Installer\eav_nt32_enu_ext_msi

I tried searching thru google but can't find anything

Anyone know how to fix this?

Download and run this utility and remove anything listed as Eset and then try a reinstall. http://support.microsoft.com/kb/290301
