Can someone on windows Vista download the free anti-rootkit from sophos here:

http://sophos.com/products/free-tools/sophos-anti-rootkit/download/

And tell me if it works for vista.

It says it supports Vista and so does all the other websites with Sophos AntiRootkit software downloads/information.

But when I run it, it says "Windows vista not supported"

It is supported though, it says so on the homepage and other pages all over the web.....

I also get a "Installation interrupted" when I try to install sophos endpoint security.

Ran Mcafee virus scanner, kaspersky, and trend micro.

Can someone on windows Vista download & run sophos anti-rootkit from:

http://sophos.com/products/free-tools/sophos-anti-rootkit/download/

and tell me if its working.

Hi Dp,

1.3.1's system requirement's do not state vista support. The manual for your product, the first pdf under "startup guides (http://www.sophos.com/support/docs/view-all-documents.html)?"
