i have 3 hard drivers, 1 hard drive is 500GB and i have partition that drive in 2 one for my C Drive OS Installed, and D for various use, i also have 2 more 500gb Hard drive
my question is, if i open a file and get infect by a virus on my c drive, that virus can infect all my drivers or just the C Partition where my os is installed

If the OS has access (and it normally would) to the other partition and drive, then the infection can spread to the other drives, to the best of my knowledge. Depending on what it is, of course.

Yes it can.
My experience: most malware keeps itself to OS partition/ disk.
There are sepecific viruses/ worms that jump from one partition/ drive to another and to USB drives, also adding autorun.inf files there.
File infectors are notorious to infect any exe on non-OS partitions as well.
