Hello,
I made a backup of my emails using TI 11 and verified the backup. I'm using Outlook 2007. I reinstalled windows XP Pro with a different user and computer name and now when I go to restore my email, TI says that it has restored successfully, but when I open Outlook, it can't find the .pst file and fails to open unless I choose the .pst file from the current user. The email restores not to the current user, but creates the old user in documents and settings with no .pst file. Any help would be fantastic! :-)
