Vista quick update question

1 quick question.

I have Vista Home premium 32bit.

and i was looking at my programs installed and i have this program MSXML 4.0 Service Pack 2.

Is this program needed for Vista is it compatible with vista btw?

coz in the site it doesn't say anything about vista and still i have it?

i saw that page and thats why i asked the question as it doesn't have anything for vista and i have it installed???

IIRC, it's part of the .NET Framework installed by Vista (.NET 3.0)
