View Full Version : I can't create backup!

I try Trueimage Home v11 and when the settings for backup are ready and i press "proceed" in seconds my monitor going to "sleep" and i can hear strange noises from the HDisk.After that i can't return into windows environment so i must force to close the pc and restart.When restart it it says it can't find HDisk to boot and i must restart it.So i must do all those procedures to go back to Windows XP. But many times i have the same problem and the problems start when i installed Trueimage.I did so many install/uninstall till find the reason.
Please help.Long time ago i was working Truimage 8 and 9 without problems,i remember but now i can't find what's wrong.Thanks in advanced.

Could you please run a memory diagnostics such a Memtest86+ available free from www.memtest.org (http://www.memtest.org/) for a several hours? There should be no errors reported. Please also run Windows chkdsk utility with parameter "/r" on all partitions of your hard drive. Scanning system partition will require a reboot.
