Hello!

To complement my firewall & antivirus I am looking for some system monitor. It should intercept (and block on demand) setting up autorun by any means, gaining access to network and attempts to manipulate (terminate, inject etc.) other software. It should enable _easy_ creation of baseline setup in enviroment with many software packages (MS Office, Adobe CS). Should work correctly with Fast User Switching and support users working on limited accounts (XP). Should be light on resources.

Can you advise?
TIA

i think prosecurity is kernel level protection HIPS so it cannot be run in limited user accounts since kernel access is not permited..i do not believe i know any such product that can be run in LUA but i think that defencewall will suite your needs and can be run in LUA..its awesome give it a go

Whoa, whoa.. ProSecurity most definitely can exist in an LUA environment. I do it myself with great success.

Of course, it must be INSTALLED with administrative priveliges, and it also has a specific setting to allow (or disallow) non-admin accounts to make new rules.

ProSecurity meets (and exceeds) your expectations and requirements. I would also recommend running ProSecurity.
