unable to backup server.

i log in as the domain admin and i always get this same message.

I'm sorry. I'm using the Acronis True Image Echo Enterprise server management console.

I have the remote agent installed on the client and I enter the domain admin name and password.

We just purchased this product recently and have yet been able to successfully create backups of our Crucial systems.

a required privlidge is not help by the client.


This looks like it may be a common problem,

I was able to resolve this issue by ensuring I had admin privledges on the domain and locally on the storage unit.
