process from memory

Is there any software or tool which can help me to extract running process from memory onto floppy disk or hard-disk??

sometimes i see process in task manager and same process in registry in start-up section but can not find them with search engine and im unable to send them in antivirus lab so i need some tooll to help me that.

My Windows 2000 seems to dump memory to hard disk at irregular intervals. If you've got that installed, it's a free function ;D
