Hi everybody,

I installed the server product on, surprisingly enough, a server.
I installed the console on my pc(Windows 2000 Server)
I am connected to the server with the server product.
I installed the NOD32 AV on 10 machines.
Not Firewallīs on the machines or the server.

Ports Used by the console= Defaults ports(2222,2223,2846,etc)
Port used to connect to the server 2222
Interval between connections 1.
In the config of EAV at the remote administrator area Iīve used the IP, Name of server and nothing the EAV installled in the Server canīt show up in the console and the other machines neither.

Just using localhost in the EAV remote administrator can show the EAV installed on the Server.

The clientes have NOD32 2.7 and EAV 3.0

Question:
The installed products don't show up in the console.
How can I add already installed pc's?

Thanks!

BFG

Hi,

On one of the 2.7 clients go to the NOD32 Control Center > NOD32 System Tools > NOD32 System Setup > Setup > Remote Administration tab.

Is that box checked and the Server address ("localhost", if that's what you're using on the Server) correct?

In a 3.0 client go to Advanced setup > Miscellaneous > Remote administrator.

Is that window filled out?
