Can someone tell me the best rules for ZA Pro?
I'm a normal user... Browser, FTP, SSH, Instant Messengers, P2P...

Honestly, if you want a rule based configuration, I suggest you get a real rule based firewall. Otherwise look at examples of how people configure rule based firewalls, and see how you can apply that to ZA.

I'm also Zone Alarm Pro user, but everyone uses different softwares, so you must make your best rules for yourself.
Here is the recommended firewall rulesets, you can obtain appropriate rulesets for most common applications (web-browsers, mail clients,P2P,FTP clients etc)
