Eset Service has encountered a problem

I've been getting these notifications a lot here lately.
It appears to only happen when Outlook '03 is running.
Anyone else experiencing the same?

Odd....Do these images hosted on ImageShack not post as a clickable thumbnail like in the other forums?
Just not used to this style.

The pic was uploaded to our server so that in the future the pic is available as part of the discussion in case that particular hosting facility goes down. Further comments have been sent via private message.

I've waited a while before posting, just to be sure, but since the upgrade to v3.0.642.0, I have not experienced any more conflicts
between Outlook '03 and NOD32.
