Hello all.
I've been trying to install the 32bit ESS and i keep getting a red eye on my tray, with a pop-up that says my firewall is not working properly.
Opening up the ESS window, it displays a red ! on the protection status icon and says that my firewall is corrupted and i need to reinstall.
Reinstalling and restarting for 5-6 times has not worked.
I tried following instructions i found here about deleting some folders from documents and settings but that didnt help either.

Any useful suggestions?

Download SysInspector (http://www.eset.eu/download/beta) and provide ESET with the results.

One or more firewall drivers probably could not be loaded. Maybe an ESI log will reveal something.

The forementioned program's report contains personal data that i would not like to provide to someone, such as ComputerName, installed software and hardware.
Is there something in particular that i should be looking for, or does ESET need the full log to provide a solution?

That's the essence from the program. The info provides ESET a way to verify wether or not there is/are some incompabilities, causing the problem you do encounter.

The full package. And be assured ESET will never disclose any info gathered.
