NOD 32 problem after install

Hi all,

I have install the NOD 32 Smart Security successfully.
However, it sometimes prompt out a black command prompt and the title is C:\WINDOWS\DOWNLO~1\CONFLICT.5\dl.exe
Any one can help me . Thanks

I haven't yet after I install the Nod 32.
Do I need to make a complete virus scan to my computer to fix the problem ?

Hello,

I can't say whether or not a scan will fix your problem but dl.exe is mentioned in alot of articles as being malware.

Were it my computer, I would scan it.

Make sure to update the database first, after that perform a full scan in safe mode. Symptoms point to a win32 Tenga virus infection.

When you try to open IE, it gives you "the page cannot be displayed" or sometimes just a white blank page.

When I open IE , it will not go to any page since I set to blank page to my home page.
It's fine when I use IE browsing.
