Need help Configuring Online armor

hi folks just downloaded the Online Armor Personal Firewall AV+ (Trial Version)

so far I the like the features and it is light weight on my pc. but having problems with configuration.

web browsing has become much slower some sites dont load at all.

my admuncher is no longer working as it is no longer filtering out ads even tho
I have given admuncher full permissions to access the net.

and also Sandboxie fails to delete all the contents.

anyone one esle here using Online Armor Personal Firewall AV+ with Sandboxie and admuncher?? any help would be most grateful.

I also use sandboxie with OA and have no problems. It's good to remember that after the initial wizard at install, reboot, go back in the gui, and in the programs list anything that is set to allow and which you trust (such as sandboxie) right click on it in the list and select trust. It will now show as green in the trusted list which can be seen by unticking 'hide trusted' at the bottom.

Do you mean the autodelete doesn't always work? If so, happens to me too. I have reported it to OA forums, many betas ago.

I have deleted the video in the link, but it was up for days. Sandboxie comes up with a pop up message that autodelete failed.

First of head on over to OA forums. Second what version? Use the latest version build 81. Third do you already have an av? If you do only use plain OA. Turn off Web Shield for faster browsing.

by the way there is a current conflict with armor online and ad muncher so I just found out,the latest beta is suppussed to have fixed that conflict.

I am trying the beta now, and unfortunatly even with this latest beta sandboxie still doesn't auto delete properly. I may look at trying out defense wall if I am going to use aol permanently.


I still think there is conflict with ad muncher all tho not as bad as before, for some reason now ad muncher only works when browsers are running inside
the sandboxie.

Yep! That's what i get too. Not always, but sometimes. I have signalled it to OA forums since beta 60.

It happens with Arovax Shield too. If you uninstall OA, autodelete works fine again. With some other products i saw no conflict either. So there is something in OA that Sandboxie doesn't like. I hope too that this will be fixed.
