The startup scan works fine, but whenever I do a full system scan, the program seems to freeze up and I need to reboot my computer. Anything I can do to fix that?

Hi Michael, welcome!
Some details please! In the startup scans, do you use all options, including the Process Memory Scan?
In the Full system scan, where (do you think) it freezes?
In the first parts or at a special place?
Remember, the Process Memory Scan is the heaviest scan of those startup scans taking some time to complete at which it might seem nothing is happening, but wait patiently and you see it continuing to a next test.
Same with the Full System Scan, which as a whole is very heavy process, during which it is recommended to close other unnecessary applications and windows to giove full space to TDS to speed up the process.
Many people start that when they are not around the computer for a while. Certainly slower systems or with little memory close as much as possible.
Which windows version are you using?
