ESS 3.0.621.0 Does not ask for Outgoing !!

Hi, I just upgraded to 3.0.621.0, and even when I always run in Interactive ... ESS does not ask for programs that attempt outgoing connections to the web, It just allows them!!!!!

Any help ??? PLEASE????

Perform reinstallation

1. Download fresh new version of ESET product
http://www.eset.com/download
Make sure that you choose the correct version.

2. Uninstall your current version from Control Panel
3. Reboot the computer when prompted
4. Delete manually this folders:

- C:\Program files\ESET
- C:\Documents and Settings\All users\Application data\Eset

5. Reinstall your ESET using the file you downloaded in step1 . Use typical install.

Could you please submit a customer care support request using the integrated form so that we can check the rules you have created in interactive mode?

YEEEESSSSS !!!!
How did I miss that!!!! I deleted the rule and POP ups started to appear asking for outgoing connections !!!
But as reading thru the link you sent me I don't see a real solution as people are saying that the rule comes back again, Is this a BUG of BUGS ???
I also noticed two strange rules (see the screenshot) created by the system with a weird name and non deletable ....( what are you doing Eset ?? ) Any clues??

Please be sure to report your problem (ESS 3.0.621.0 Does not ask for Outgoing !! ) to Eset via the reporting mechanism in ESS. If they get enough reports and info hopefully they will be able to solve and correct this 'bug' soon.

Also have been checking for the 'new rule' to come up again but has not happened in quite a while. It did happen a few times during the initial installation.

This problem seems to be happening to a number of people, there are at least three or four threads with similar reports in this forum.
