In the past I have bought my nod license in france (where I live) but have always downloaded the english version ( I'm english and my husbands french is very limited. I have done this on many occasions for other people too, as my buisiness is repairing pcs and I have always recomended Nod32 to my clients) this time around though after my renewal (which has been a nightmare anyway as it has taken 6 days and many calls to support to get my username and password accepted at all!!), I can't download the english version.
My question is should this be the case or is there still something screwy with my license details?
If I can only have the french version I feel it is a step backwards, (and can we have a multilauguage version then?) as this will cause no end of problems for many of my clients who prefer/need their software in English.
Also even if we can buy off the uk site, the price is seriously unappealing at £39 as opposed to 39€ here in France!!!
please don't take this as a whiny winge, but more a "please can we have the fuctionality we had before!!" After all progress is supposed to take us forward not make things harder.
I hope someone from ESET can take the time to read this and reply.
Thanks in advance
Tara
p.s. Sorry my first post here might be construed as negative, I've been lurking a while but never need to post before (typical, I know!!)
