Updating/changing file and registry permissions

Using Belarc Advisor, I am trying to update security settings as well as file and registry permissions. However, I'm not sure how to go about this. Any help would be appreciated.

I believe the Belarc Advisor just reports what's on your system.

You may want to contact that company to see if doing what you are trying to do is even possible.
