I've gotten fed up with the ESS firewall blocking my home network and would rather run NOD32 with a 3rd party FW. The link I got sent with my license key takes me straight to the ESS download. Is there a way for me to DL NOd32 only using the key I was given for ESS?
Cheers

Go to the Purchased Software Download (http://www.eset.com/download/registered_software.php) location on the Eset website and select the desired product. Have your username/password handy, you will be prompted for them prior to the start of the download.

Have you tried contacting the customer care? It could be that one of the firewall rules you have defined is blocking the connection. In such case, enabling logging of all blocked connections in the IDS section of the firewall setup should give you a clue.
